As always, the food was great. I recommend Chicken Parm Pasta or Dinner. Hand-rolled parm and bread crumb makes for a light crust. Lemon sauce amazing. Never had a bad meal. Family belongs and runs. Wait the staff occassional sub par is my only negative. View all feedback.

I ordered a spinach salad that included spinach, blueberries, blue cheese, tomatoes, and finely chopped bacon. When it arrived, I was taken aback by how small it was—it was served on a tiny salad plate. For $7.59, I expected a larger, dinner-sized salad. When I asked the waitress about it, she explained that spinach leaves are expensive. Overall, I was extremely disappointed! View all feedback.
This was our first visit, and we were very impressed! They beautifully preserved the old post office entrance and decorations, creating a lovely and casual atmosphere that felt very comfortable. The service was outstanding! Alex and Austin were exceptional; they provided fantastic recommendations for food and drinks, mixed our drinks perfectly, and brought out our appetizers, salads, and main courses with ease. They always had smiles on their faces and made the experience fun while ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! The chicken fingers alone are worth the trip. The dips and dressings were all fresh and far tastier than anything you’d find in a bottle. We will definitely be returning!
This is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Hudson. No matter what you choose from the menu, you can be sure it will be fantastic. For some reason, their soups are simply outstanding!
The Postmark is our favorite place in Hudson. It is literally the best unknown place in town. Great food, service, and price. I 'm a little biased because we go there 1-2x a week.
The cocktails, wine recommendations, and appetizers were outstanding. The main courses were generously sized and absolutely delicious. Be sure to ask Becky for a chocolate martini for dessert!
