Worst Experience Ever. The workers were upsetting and very mean. The Nashville Chicken Tenders tasted like absolute water and was as hard as a rock. The soda tasted watery. Do not recommend for first timers.
Bad experience majority of the time. Manager is very rude and does not give time to customers to say their order and rush them out of drive thru. Ordered bean burrito and got steak burrito. I am vegetarian. This could be religious for some people too sothis mistake should not happen and this place makes this mistakes more often.
Update on February 5, 2022: There has been a noticeable improvement in the service. The lobby is now consistently open as it should be, and the staff seems more engaged and attentive. Update on October 17, 2021: I decided to give this place another chance, but the lobby was closed at 1:00 PM on a Sunday. Seriously? The staff appeared indifferent, and although the signs stated it was open until 10:00 PM, the lobby closed at 8:30 PM. While we were in the drive-thru, we witnessed three different groups trying to enter. To top it off, our order was incorrect. I would recommend steering clear of this place entirely.
Be mindful of the dishes that are not available; their reasoning is that once you place an order, they cannot return it and will not issue a refund.
This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had! After visiting the drive-thru, I got home only to find that my meal was completely missing from the bag. To make things worse, I received two chicken sandwiches instead of the one I had ordered. The person taking my order struggled with English and didn't seem to understand it well either. I paid $27 and only received 2 out of the 3 meals I was charged for. The employee at the window appeared to really dislike his job, which was evident in his attitude. I attempted to call the restaurant to address the issue, but all I reached was voicemail, and I doubt they will return my call. Next time, I will definitely check the bag before leaving! This experience was incredibly frustrating and highlighted a lack of competence among the staff!
