Ordering... read more I recently ordered delivery from Cafe 641 and had a positive experience overall. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with generous portion sizes. Ordering was simple and the delivery was prompt, with the food staying fresh in the packaging. While there were no major issues, there was one minor hiccup that could be improved upon. The owner, Chad, followed my delivery instructions accurately, but expressed some dissatisfaction when I mentioned leaving a negative review if the order was not delivered correctly. My instructions were meant for Door Dash delivery drivers who sometimes make mistakes, not the cafe itself. I hope Chad can better understand this distinction in the future. Despite this, Cafe 641's delivery service is excellent and reliable, surpassing many contracted delivery services.

Additionally, my pumpkin spice cold brew tasted like raspberry for some reason. Considering I paid $36, I was not satisfied with my meal.

We ordered food but had to wait for that other employee to even GET there to cook it. She was in no hurry either! No apology for the wait(nobody else in there at 7am) and didn't eat for 45 minutes! Rude and ridiculous customer service. My over medium egg yolkswere broken when I got them. Nobody checked on us. We left after eating with no employee in sight. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESSABSOLUTELY NO OTHER OPTION

I... read more The food is always excellent! But I was really surprised at the bad experience I had today. I placed a takeout order. When I arrived, I asked about my order. I was told to stand in line. (All of the patrons in line hadn't ordered yet. I asked them.)While standing in line, I notice the bag on the shelf of orders. While the young cashier stood there fixing her hair and seeminga little lost and bored. I didn't want to ask a second time and be that guy. Yes, it was my order. The food, getting cold andsoggy of course. No common sense to get the takeout order going and reduce the amount of people in line. Especially when thecustomer asks for it and the food is ready! And yet the order was wrong. How do you screw up 2 sausage egg and cheesesandwiches? You're not paying attention.
