What Michael Schoeck doesn't like about Iron Grass:
Had driven by I&G for the last 2 years so we finally made a reservation for a birthday dinner. So we’ve cooked Grass-fed steak before at home on stovetop seared plus oven that has come out at a better consistency than the tenderloin I ordered. So I’ve worked front of the house and back of the house of my fair share a restaurants. I liked this place. They have something for everyone in terms of budget but not dietary restrictions. It is a chophouse, after all.The aged beef burger was the best burger I’ve had in my adult life.I went off menu to get a sunny-side up egg with it and they were happy to oblige.Great service and good decor.
