What Liz K doesn't like about Halfmoon:
Open til 1am, so it doesn 't really start to fill til after 11pm. Great selection of draft and bottled beers, including local brews, at decent prices $5-7). There was a DJ spinning early rock records, which could easily have been a playlist. No one was dancing, and everyone was salty about the mandatory $5 cover to grab a drink. Best pizza in Hudson! Friendly staff and a cool pizza shop/bar vibe. Perfectly located right in the downtown district and walking distance from the Amtrak station and just about anywhere else downtown.
Great pizza. Great vibes. One of the few spots in Hudson that maintains an unpretentious vibe.

Lots of wood, a disco ball, chill outdoor patio area, etc. Mixed crowd of locals and visitors, unlike the swankier cocktail spots in town.
The staff is super friendly, great plaza to enjoy some drinks also my Favorite pizza in town, and the wings are also amazing, I didnt rate 5 starts because I have a complain the pizza is closed on sunday
