The food was incredible—we tried the crispy chicken pad Thai, gyoza, and the Godzilla roll. Everything was delicious, bursting with flavor, and felt fresh without being overly greasy. I initially forgot to provide delivery instructions since we live in a house with multiple entrances and a steep driveway. When I called the restaurant to ask if the driver could call me upon arrival, the woman who delivered my order—who I suspect was either the owner or a very attentive employee—was exceptionally friendly. She kindly asked to show her my entrance and inquired about the doorbell situation for next time. I was really impressed by her warmth and thoughtfulness. I will definitely order from here again or consider dining in next time!

The prices were high, the wait time was lengthy,... read more I decided to try out the hidden gem of Hudson and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The prices were high, the wait time was lengthy, and the food didn't meet my expectations. For starters, I ordered a large miso soup, but what I received was more akin to a small serving, as I could easily compare it to what other local sushi restaurants offer. It came in a styrofoam cup, which I then transferred to a smaller plastic container that I typically use for a small miso soup. Not only was the soup overpriced, but the taste was mediocre at best and seemed somewhat stale. The pad Thai portion was significantly smaller than what I’ve encountered at other restaurants, yet it was at least $4.00 more expensive than similar dishes elsewhere. To top it off, it had an overwhelming fish oil flavor. I understand that fish oil is a common ingredient in pad Thai, but this was uncharacteristically strong. While the meal looked appealing, the chicken was quite flavorless, and the fish oil taste overshadowed everything. I ended up finishing my meal, but would I order from here again? No. I was really hoping this would become my new favorite spot, but after this first visit, I don't see myself coming back. If you enjoy small portions, high prices, and long waits, this might be the place for you!

My... read more Dynamite Sushi is absolutely outstanding. Every meal I've had here has been excellent, and I've been ordering from them for several years, since around 2009. My first experience was with their chicken noodle soup—no vegetables—and it remains the best I've ever had from any Asian restaurant. Recently, I introduced my boss to Dynamite Sushi, and it quickly became his favorite sushi spot. While a California Roll is a basic choice, their fried California Roll is something unique and amazing—we were truly impressed. I also want to recognize the friendly woman who usually works the front desk or serves during weekday lunchtime. She’s always warm, welcoming, and remembers returning customers. As a strict chicken noodle soup no-vegetables fan, I can confidently say they deserve the awards displayed at the entrance. Without a doubt, Dynamite Sushi is my top sushi restaurant in all of New England.
