I wanted to try one of them here and now I enjoyed it. Eat is nicely cooked. my other half had leber and said it was very tasty and tender and I confirmed that by trying some. I had the cut roast beef, which was very tasty and delicate, without the crispy bits. veg was broomed and carrots with mashed and boiled carrots. we would rather have brokkoli or cauliflower, but instead of the heir, but this is just our preference. for sweet we were Guinea pigs that had a new xmas sweet option with a cheesecake look like, which had a biscuit and mint cake base, and contain around soaked rusine rice pudding and chocolate rusines with and with swirled cream. my sohn and I enjoyed it, but said it didn't take the cream on, but it still went well. my wife said she loved the taste, but the cream was too much and was a bit too much for her really. the chef is a great to the earth jovial character and said he could cook and change everything if necessary as he did for the woman. also called elott is his papagei, who pfeift from time to time. thought the bigger room was a little dark and a change of lighting would help. good parking and is dog friendly. overall we go back as we enjoyed it and recommend it to them. net of around £10 sweets £4.95 beer selection is good if a little pricy at £3,60, but it is now so.
We popped in this evening as we were passing and decided to get a bite to eat. From a classic pub menu, we choose pie and chips and burger and chips. Both were home cooked, fresh and hearty. Clearly made to order- the portions were man worthy! If you’re looking for a relaxed, honest out of the way pub with great food and views to write home about then this is the One for you. Great service and hospitality from all of the staff.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. They made us feel very welcome, even providing a fresh water dish and dog treats for my friend's dog. We requested a sandwich, even though it wasn't on the menu, and they gladly accommodated us. The pub itself was clean and enjoyable to sit in, so I definitely recommend paying a visit!
