It's quite frustrating when several Subway staff are more focused on joking around by the clock than actually working. The sign was turned on, the sandwich line... read more It's quite frustrating when several Subway staff are more focused on joking around by the clock than actually working. The sign was turned on, the sandwich line was prepped, and even the gas station attendant went back to notify the employees, yet no one came out. If you're closed or simply not in the mood to work, just say so instead of making customers wait unnecessarily. It would be much better to offer the menu clearly rather than leaving people standing there with no information.
