Yo... read more Looking for a quick lunch in Hranice? Archa is definitely the place to go. Friendly and attentive service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, the food? You have a choice of four seemingly boring dishes that are served in a way that is a feast for the eyes. I tried all the items on the plates and they were all irresistible. From the menu, I chose a pasta salad with vegetables. A tricky name for a dish that could look like a thousand variations (probably the only downside, they should be more specific)... and I was surprised by the variation on the classic Caprese, which, in addition to the basic tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto, included pasta, rocket, and gourmet onions. The salad was excellent, perfectly seasoned, and light. Archa offers coffee with dessert as a complement to the lunch menu for 39 crowns, excellent coffee, and a creamy chocolate cake too. Really great work, this is how I imagine a modern menu. Turning ordinary food into extraordinary is not easy.

The spicy burger is really spicy (finally somewhere!) and the Ark burger is also great. The coleslaw salad is well-seasoned and comes in a huge portion. The prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and fast. I can recommend it!

The service was nice, smilin... read more Yesterday I went for lunch at Arše after a long time (a few years) and I must say that I was very, but really pleasantly surprised. The service was nice, smiling and helpful, and don't even get me started on the food. It was truly a luxurious lunch menu. Pepper cream and potato dumplings with smoked meat and sauerkraut. I haven't had anything better in a long time. Hats off to the chefs. Professionals in their field.
