Hungry Jack's - HOXTON PARK

Very disappointed todays simple order couldn't get it right l ordered whopper without pickle and what l got was a cold burger from the rack that one of staff must taken the pickle off bit obvious when l took the first bite the chips was orderd no salt so it had salt in it must have used the same scoop instead of wiping it clean the coke was supposed to be no ice so what l get is ice the whopper was returned for new one but felt like its been microwaved . Iam not stupid to make these comments as lam a chef for the last 17yrs and l know what goes on in a kitchen when you have un qualified mangers running the shift please train your managers so they can train and control the junior staff as its not they fault if the managers in charge doesn't know what to do

Use this franchise regularly and have never had a complaint. Great Burgers and they are yet to stuff up my drive thru order...unlike the opposition. lol

I ordered takeout, paid, and then waited and waited. My drink was finally given to me, but I still had to wait for my food. When it arrived, it was just sitting on the counter. The lady behind the window ignored me and made me wait even longer. I got out of my car, knocked on the window, and pointed to my food. She motioned for me to wait, took her time, and finally handed it over very slowly. When I asked why there was such a delay, she just shrugged her shoulders. I will never be going back there again. The customer service was incredibly poor. Drive-throughs are supposed to be about quick turnover.

The burgers were not nice at all tast like sawdust and were not warm te chips were nice the staff ok and was very clean but as I said burger not good

The customer service at Hungry Jack's was exceptional, the environment was clean and the food was great. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and I highly recommend this restaurant.
