The tour through the cave was gr... read more The entire trip of Howe Caverns was an amazing experience. We purchased the lantern tour package and didnt know what to expect. The tour through the cave was great seeing all the stallagtite and stallagmite deposits as well as calcite formations. Our tour guide did an awesome job describing everything! After the main tour would be done and you go back, they give you a makeshift lantern and you have to find your way back in the dark. It was such a fun time! I definitely recommend going atleast once. I think this entire tour would be cool with a UV light. There is a ton of calcite in the cave and being able to find your way by lighting up calcite would be a unique experience as well! Enjoy everyone!

When I told his manager, April, she said she’d talk to him, but her attitude made me doubt anything would change. Very disappointing service.

It was great the tour guide made it comfortable and the family was excited to be down there she let us take pictures she didn't rush anyone and overall it was a... read more It was great the tour guide made it comfortable and the family was excited to be down there she let us take pictures she didn't rush anyone and overall it was a great experience we actually went there today for the first time and even my baby had a great time. Our tickets where for 9am and they did told us to be there before the time to make sure everyone use the bathroom before heading down, and you do have to buy tickets online they won't sell them there and if you go with out tickets to get them there the tour might be booked.

It... read more We booked a Lantern tour, and decided to try the Escape Room ahead of time. The game master , Mike, did an excellent job working through the rooms and game. It was a tougher room, but my family and I had a great time. If you are looking for an additional activity on top of exploring the beautiful caves, I would highly recommend looking into try their escape room.
