The food took some time to arrive, but the service was very understated. We weren't bothered by the wait, especially once our hot and fresh food arrived. The server was also very friendly.
The location is always great. I always have to remember to ask for any sauce I want. It's the only fast food place I know of where every simple burger comes with nothing on it.
I had an excellent drive-thru experience during my visit to this restaurant. The service was very fast and friendly. I specifically made the effort to go to this location because other White Castle restaurants in the area are often slow and frequently get my order wrong. That was not the case here! The only downside is that it is situated in a busy area, making it difficult to turn left into the location. However, leaving the restaurant is easy with a traffic light. I highly recommend this place.
Very friendly staff. great service. you have to wait a little, but eating is always fresh and hot so it is worth it. the prices are also good. very relieved customer.
Don't listen to the haters. this white castle location are all the workers here amazing, and eating was almost, hot and delicious. with a smile, thanks to so much white castle of howell!
