I've been in line for twenty minutes and maybe moved 2 stepsI don't know why wendys insists on making one order at a time It's not hard.
This is the worst place to have an interview set up atGot here 20 mins early the guy I had the interview with is not here.
Additionally, some staff members could use training on proper customer service, particularly in the drive-thru. It’s frustrating to not receive your debit card back and then have to deal with a dismissive attitude from the staff as if it were your fault. I believe it’s essential for the management to ensure that their employees are not only friendly but also treated well themselves. Overall, this place could greatly benefit from a focus on improving customer service.
The service can be quite slow and my order has been incorrect numerous times. However, the food is typically prepared fresh, which explains the wait. When they do get the order right, the food is fantastic and consistently fresh. I only deducted one star due to the frequent mistakes with the orders.
