I just visited the Howell location and went through the drive-thru. I ordered two boneless chicken combo meals, but when I got home, I found that I had received two regular dark meat meals instead. I called the store to find out what happened and learned that they no longer carry the boneless meals. However, when I placed my order, I wasn't informed about this change. Why didn’t the server (#3) mention it? I spoke to the manager, but all she kept saying was that they didn't have boneless options anymore.
I left the Howell shop, went through the drive-thru, and ordered two boneless combos. When I got home, I found that they had given me two regular dark meat pieces instead.
