The Whiting site is always running out of items. It is a waste of time driving there. They do not have any donuts or omelette eggs, and they are also limited on some drinks.
This Dunkin' restaurant is too noisy due to the excessive use of profanity by the young employees. This has been my worst experience at a Dunkin' so far.
I have had multiple negative experiences at the Lithia Dunkin location. In the past week alone, my order was incorrect twice. Due to this consistent issue, I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I have been to this location multiple times and never had a good experience. Previous times I have listened to the immature staff laugh at me and mess up my orders before to the point where it was a hassle just to get it fixed. Today I ordered a largecoffee and was given a small size. I tried going inside to have it fixed and the door was locked during public hours ? Superconfused and the staff was even more rude when I went back around. I don?t understand the immaturity and incompetence. Shame onyou guys.
