The dining... read more This Chick-fil-A is quite problematic. Even though we are two and a half years post-COVID, this location is still functioning as if it's April 2020. The dining area remains closed, and the drive-thru is the only option for getting food. There’s no curbside pickup, no breakfast menu, and no menu board at the drive-thru, so you better know exactly what you want. None of the other Chick-fil-A locations in the area or state are operating this way anymore.

T... read more This place is now a joke, I went to order chicken nuggets and the Mac n cheese and once I get to the window I?m told I can?t have a fork because they are out. Then they said I can?t have my sauces because they are out but I can buy one of their bottlesof the sauce. After feeling irritated I went to put my straw into my tea and the straw was smaller then the cup. I asked can Ihave the right straw and sure enough I?m told they don?t have any. This new ownership is destroying this place. I didn?t want tobelieve all the negative things online recently but it seems they are all true.

In the past, I lived in the Oak Hill Trailer Park near US 9 and West Farms Rd, right behind Home Depot in Howell, NJ. Before I moved to Texas, I frequently visited this Chick-fil-A, either taking the NJTransit Bus Route 139 or Route 67 from the bus stop at US 9 South and West Farms Rd to the stop at US 9 South and Lanes Mill Rd, or my father would drive me there. I have many good friends who work at this Chick-fil-A, and I’m particularly close with the manager, who knows me very well. I used to do a lot of business here, and the team members are always friendly and welcoming. The food is incredibly delicious, making this an excellent place to eat and make new friends. The service is exceptional!

The wait for food was brief, everything was served hot, and it was a notable enhancement compared to my previous visits.
