The couple in front of us were chatting with my elderly mother, they were s... read more Went to go there for lunch today at around 1:15. There was not a worker to be found. The couple in front of us were chatting with my elderly mother, they were saying how there should at least be a chime on the door to alert staff that people are coming in. Waited about 6-7 minutes...Then a third group comes in. So my mom yells out. Hello?! Anyone here? Okay, a tiny bit obnoxious, but she 's almost 80 so what can you do? A woman suddenly comes to the front and doesn 't apologize for the wait or anything, no smile...just looks at the first couple and says, Two? So my mom (who isn 't playing with a full deck these day) says, no, there are more of us. This woman, who left us all waiting way too long in the first place, who hadn 't actually bothered to greet or even acknowledge us, looks up at my 77 year old 5 foot tall 90 pound white haired mother AND ROLLS HER EYES DIRECTLY AT HER. My entire family have ordered from here regularly since they opened the Howell location, but they just lost us as customers. There 's rude and then there 's ridiculous...that was ridiculous.Applebees sat us right away and everyone greeted us with smiles.

Went around 2:00 pm and the place was mostly empty. Could be because of our timing. Ordered the turkey bacon wrap and was not disappointed. Also the fries were... read more Went around 2:00 pm and the place was mostly empty. Could be because of our timing. Ordered the turkey bacon wrap and was not disappointed. Also the fries were incredible. Took our time eating and our server kept checking on us to see if we neededanything. Excellent service and food.
