Cold Stone Creamery - Howell Township

Got an oreo creme base with chocolate shavings and peanut butter. So yummy! Would've got a larger size, but it was apparently almost gone and the end of the night.

The 3 of us walked in around 6:00 for dessert. We were the only customers inside the store at this time. There were 3 employees present at the time. They were joking amongst themselves and never even looked up at us. After a few minutes, my husband said hey, hello . 2 of them looked up at us as though we had just kicked a puppy. Every time we stop in, it 's the same thing, no greeting or anything. What happened to just saying hello or we 'll be with you in a moment?

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a custom cake online and they canceled it 30 minutes later. They said it had to be 48 hours in advance. That’s fine, but why would you have me put my phone number on file if you’re not even going to attempt to reach out to me to find an alternate time to make the cake? Although it was disappointing they couldn’t make it for the day I wanted I would’ve still ordered from them if the lady on the phone wasn’t so rude. As soon as I told her my issue I could tell I was a bother to her. She didn’t like that I was frustrated, which I wasn’t taking out on her I was just expressing my frustration that the website allowed me to order it but it’s not something they could fulfill, and she hung up on me. I call back to understand why they hung up on me and why I was being treated like garbage and the guy that answers the phone blows me off and says there’s nothing they can do for me and quickly rushes me off the phone. These guys were straight up just mean for no reason and did nothing to make things right with a customer that had a valid issue.

Good ice cream but every time we walk in its like we’re killed their families lol. BTW the ppl eriting reviews saying that the drive thru doesn’t do ice cream obviously can’t read. The drive thru is only for Tim Hortons.

Stop at this cold stone creamery from out of town. Got a like it banana ice cream with yellow cake. Ice cream has chunks in it. Yellow cake tastes old. Didn’t realize this was connected to a bakery. I walked in, lady at bakery had her head down. Walked by the ice cream where there was a white male and Asian male making an ice cream order. Neither acknowledged me. I stood there waiting when the lady from the bakery asked the guys if they would help me. The Asian male walked to the counter and still didn’t ask how he could help me. I just started giving my order. He finished it and threw it on the counter and told me the price. I have never felt discriminated against u til now as a young black woman. Michigan get it together! Wisconsin cold stone would never.
