So a customer goes to the same place regularly for years (so you can assume they are very happy with food etc) then they have 1 bad experience and he goes to town on a bad review?. The bakery owner is right, and has my business if lm in the area.
Writing a fake review is the lowest of the low. I hope you thrive from the publicity.
