Ordered online (not a big order and at least 50 people came in on the line before they took care of us. 8 people were waiting for their online order and more then half left for not receiving their food. Ordered our foodaround 8:30pm, waited more than an hour and they told us they ran out of ingredients for our order. The workers behind thecounter (ashamed to call them ?workers? had zero regard to our complaints. When asking for a refund they told us to contactmanagement in which the app wasn?t working so we never received the refund. The order was more than $50 and they robbed us forour money for not receiving our order nor a refund. One of the workers even stated that online orders should be received firstyet we were not even treated to our order. 0 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Just go and pick it up, I got there and they just ignored me for a while, then some one else showed up to pick up they?re food and they gave it to them straight away. I was just standing therelike did that just happened. Thank god some random women showed up from the back of the kitchen and asked me what I was waitingfor. I mean I don?t like shout and call out that I?m picking up my order, always thought that was rude but you have to do thathere. Also the other reviews are right, not as much food as you want.

There was 2 male employees and a female manager having a good laughing conversation in the back by the grill juststanding doing nothing. While 4 female Cinderellas employees wiping and cleaning up in front. As soon I said to the manager thatyou all having fun doing nothing.. she roll her eyes then they all went to the back then she came back out and started bossingpeople around that was already working and she wasn't doing anything.

I?m in the restaurant but apparently if you order Online you receive preferential treatment. 10 people in line and over a 20 minute wait to get to the counter and I stillhaven?t ordered. Seriously people it?s supposed to be fast food!
