We don't get the bang... read more This is absolutely the worst chipotle in queens the staff doesn?t cater to its costumers. There servings are not reflective of the prices. We don't get the bang for the buck we are spending. I?ve been to other chipotles that give a decent size of portions that actually fills the container up and looks way better than this. Don't recommend getting food from here whatsoever.

They're always out of something. Today on August 21 at 5:25 the grill was broken and there was no chicken. There were 2 male employees and a female manager with a good laughing conversation on the back through the grill simply standing do nothing. During 4 employees of Cinderellas, weep and clean. Once I told the manager that you're all having fun doing nothing. She rolled her eyes, then they all went on their backs, then she came out again and began to guide people around what already worked and she did nothing.

I placed an online order, which wasn't large, but had to wait while at least 50 people in front of us were served. Eight of us were standing there waiting for our online orders, and more than half of us decided to leave without our food. I ordered at 8:30 and waited over an hour, only to be told they had run out of ingredients for my order. The staff behind the counter seemed indifferent to our complaints. When we requested a refund, we were told to contact management, but the app didn't work, so we never received it. I spent over $50, and not only did we not get our order, but we also didn't get our money back. One employee even mentioned that online orders should be prioritized, yet we were completely disregarded. I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars and do not recommend it at all.

Ordered our foodaround 8:30pm, waited more than an hour and they told us they ran out of ingredients for our order. The workers behind thecounter (ashamed to call them ?workers? had zero regard to our complaints. When asking for a refund they told us to contactmanagement in which the app wasn?t working so we never received the refund. The order was more than $50 and they robbed us forour money for not receiving our order nor a refund. One of the workers even stated that online orders should be received firstyet we were not even treated to our order. 0 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

I was just standing therelike did that just happened. Thank god some random women showed up from the back of the kitchen and asked me what I was waitingfor. I mean I don?t like shout and call out that I?m picking up my order, always thought that was rude but you have to do thathere. Also the other reviews are right, not as much food as you want.
