Wonderful homeware and stylish clothing make for the perfect gifts. There's an exciting new restaurant called Chard that serves lunch, tea, coffee, and cake. Although it's still in the early stages, the menu is small, light, and fresh. Check the website for updates, as more information will be added as it develops. The staff is very friendly, but please note that there is no wheelchair access. View all feedback.
We had a lovely dinner here, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional. The chef is amazing, so is the staff. Go. I recommend them.
Very nice place. They serve a great cream tea. Unfortunately, they didn't have decaf.
Cafe is really nice and cosy. Food was great and promptly served by a lovely and friendly italian girl. Loved the caramel carrot cake!
This is, by far, the best and quietest Welsh rarebit in Brighton and Hove. You drive through the ground floor shop and then head up the rustic stairs to a cozy yet well-lit café. There are several rarebit options on the menu, but I always choose the thick-cut version. The service is consistently excellent as well.
