It was our first time to dine here. Ambiance was really cozy, dimly lit with classical pop piped in music. Staff were attentive and accomodating eager to give us refills of water or assist us with our requests. We ate here with my family one rainy Sunday brunch after church. The restaurant opens at 10am during Sunday’s. It was my youngest daughters idea to eat ramen that day. We ordered their set meals all of the set meals have Shio ramen as that’s our daughters favorite. I had fried prawn and my hubby and sister got the Tonkatsu. Everything we ordered were tasteful and very Japanese. For a group of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids, we spent ~Php2500 which is not bad. We enjoyed and most especially the kids enjoyed the food and rated this restaurant . We made a short vlog to see our whole dining experience pls watch here! I don't usually like ramen. But this one is my favorite. So far out of all ramen in the world, including ichiran haha i like this one the most. Their pork cheek is super soft and their soup is not too heavy.
This is a late review but me and my bf has not over yet in our dinning experience. I really love the ramen and the salmon roll. I keep on saying delicious while munching every food. Definitely we’ll eat again here

Follow me on Instagram: @asto.adin A handful of ramen places have popped up recently, and if you’re following my reviews, I have lots of Ramen reviews and it’s very obvious I’m a huge Ramenhead. Recently me and my partner have been suffering from what we call “Mendokoro Course” We’ve been eating Ramen recently but because of Mendokoro we are always finding something missing and I rarely give 5stars on my Ramen reviews. Then here comes Santouka. One night we decided to try it. The moment we are about to enter, the Japanese ambiance already in the air. Upon entering, it’s like we were teleported into Japan. The interior is so Japanese with joyful crew assisting us on our seats. I ordered Awase Ji Ramen while my partner ordered Santouka Set Meal A which includes Pork Cutlet, 1 small sized Shio Ramen, 1 Rice bowl, 1 Salad, 1 Dessert and a cup of tea. Awase Ji Ramen – Mixed Soup Ramen, Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce) and soybean (miso). The mixture of those 3 kinds of broth may not sound good to many but for Ramen lovers, this one is very interesting. With this, I expected a lot from this and upon tasting the hot broth, it did not disappoint. The taste is very rich but each broth flavor does not overpower the other making it very balanced and palatable. Shio Ramen – only a small bowl will be served to you if you order the set menu but it still serves thick slices of chasiu, menma, nori, green onions and pickled plum. Broth that is light yet full of flavor. This variant are for both Ramen lovers and casual customer. For Ramen begginers, this one is suggested for you. Pork Cutlet Pork Tonkatsu with a flavorful dip which is served separately. The pork is just a usual tonkatsu but the dip is what makes this one stand out among the rest. The service by the way is excellent.
