I got the chicken sandwich for lunch and trust me when I say, this wingstop is it. My sandwich looked like it just got done filming a commercial. It was almost a shame to eat it. Fries were amazing, sandwich tasted amazing, washed it down with a vitamin water from their machine. 10/10 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
Instead of exhausted. I ordered a 10pcs lemon pepper and asked for additional cooking time. The wings came out and I am in THREE of them all quite soft (as expected). The worst part is that they asked for the wings and put them back in the frit. I have three more wings. Big health food offense and the staff seemed unchalant when I told them. Sad, I can't go back to this place after I know they're doing this. View all feedback.
After playing tennis with my buddy in the area, we grabbed a late dinner at Wingstop. One thing you should know about me is that if I could eat five foods for the rest of my life, wings would be one of them. So it's no surprise that Wingstop is one of my favorite chains. I placed my order at the counter and then dined in. I went with the six-piece bone-in lemon pepper wings and fries with a soft drink. It's one of their combos. Lemon pepper is one of my all-time favorite wing flavors. Along with Asian flavors. And lemon pepper is my favorite at Wingstop. They used to have teriyaki which was really good too but unfortunately, they took it away. Along with some crispy, well-seasoned wings, their fries are money in the bank too. The seasoning on them is addicting. If you're at a chain, you can't go wrong with Wingstop.
As many know all wing stops are not created equal. This location is very busy, but they keep a smooth rotation and try to get orders out as quickly as possible. Which is admittedly, a balancing act between curb side, 3rd party delivery, pick ups, walking ins and call ins. My problem is not with the service, but with the food wing stop is known for their deliciously seasoned fries and great chicken. That certainly was not the case. My fries were cold not seasoned I mean not underseasoned, not a spec of seasoning to be had. My lemon pepper Also had little to no lemon pepper at all. Additionally, they are the first and only wing stop that does not close their bags. I'm used to seeing folded bags with a sticker sealed packaging from the back house to front house. They hand customers open bags with Covid, the flu, etc. seems extremely unsanitary atleast fold the bag, sheesh. Just a bunch of open bags on the counter. I wish wing stop as a whole practiced better quality control because it is not consistent at all. Per usual tables were not bussed, and bathroom probably hadn't been cleaned in days. I wouldn't go back to this location.
This was my second time at a Wingstop and I was reminded how much I enjoy this place. The staff was awesome, every single person we talked to was ready to help and was on their A game
Terrible service!!!! Bathrooms are closed because they don't want to have to clean them ... just plain rude
I found a piece of metal inside of my chicken wing. I was eating the last wing of my six wing order at work when I saw this tiny piece of metal. I called the restaurant and spoke to Louis the manager. I was told I could not get a refund unless I brought the food in. I explained I had eaten most of the meal and could not leave because of work. Still NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I FOUND A PIECE OF METAL IN MY CHICKEN WING. I will be calling corporate, but customer service is dead at this location. DO NOT EAT HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY.
