At a local Wing Stop, customer experiences have taken a downward spiral, marked by long wait times, incorrect orders, and unsettling staff interactions. Patrons express frustration over orders lingering for upwards of 50 minutes, often served cold or incorrect. Instances of perceived discrimination, unprofessionalism, and inattentiveness mar a once-cherished dining experience. Despite initial excitement for this location, dissatisfaction reigns as customers feel neglected by the staff, who frequently appear disengaged. This combination of service failures and lack of accountability leads many to vow never to return, raising serious concerns about the establishment's commitment to customer care.

I placed an online order, which indicated a wait time of 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived 45 minutes later to pick it up, I was informed that I still needed to wait for their wings. During this time, it appeared that everyone except the cook was on a lunch break, as they were all sitting at the front and enjoying wings while we waited. Leaving would mean wasting my money on the online order since I had already paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any other choice.

I consistently experience long wait times for my orders. Even when I order online to expedite the process, it still takes over 35 minutes for my food to be ready. I've observed that the employees frequently spend time on their phones and appear to be unproductive. This has happened more than ten times.

The woman ahead of me was very rude and unfriendly when I asked about my order. It felt as though she was unwilling to serve me, despite my order being ready. She assisted everyone else but ignored me, and I couldn't shake the impression that I was being discriminated against, which is something I've never encountered before. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant as long as people like her are employed there.

We ordered online, as we usually do, and when we arrived at Wingstop, we were informed they were out of boneless wings and offered bone-in instead. We agreed to wait for them to prepare our order. After 30 minutes, we still hadn’t received anything, but we didn’t want to complain. Eventually, a staff member handed us an order, and I typically don’t check orders because I trust the staff. However, for some reason, I decided to look—only to find it wasn’t ours. We notified them, and they assured us ours would be ready in five minutes. We settled in to wait again, but after five minutes, still no food. My boyfriend approached a passing staff member to inquire, but she completely ignored him. I was raised to respond when someone speaks to you, regardless of whether you’re on the clock or not. Eventually, a manager (I assume) spoke with us, and when we mentioned we had been waiting an hour, she went to check on the cooks. One of the cooks mentioned she was working on our order, but the manager returned to her seat instead of overseeing the situation. As a manager, if a customer has been waiting for an hour, you should be making sure their orders are prioritized. Following that conversation, we waited another 30 minutes, making it a total of nearly two hours for wings. This experience has been one of the worst instances of customer service I have encountered. No, Wingstop, I don’t want your automated apology message; I just want you to do better. I doubt bad reviews affect your bonuses, but they certainly impact customers’ experiences.

I placed my order at 9:30 AM for pick-up at 12:00 PM, as I only have a 30-minute lunch break. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready. I ended up waiting until 12:23 PM to receive my order. Meanwhile, I noticed some employees were outside chatting and others were sitting idle at the front, while only one person was actually cooking. I won't be returning again.
