This Wingstop isn't living up to their slogan, "Where flavor gets its wings." When I called to express my disappointment, I was informed that nothing could be done. The woman on the line said she would need to talk to the general manager and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. By the time she returned to the call, it was nearly 9 PM, and I decided it wasn't worth the trouble since my kids were hungry. I told her to forget it and that I would just go to the other Wingstop from now on. I didn’t receive any offer for a redo or a refund; instead, she simply said, "Enjoy your wings." I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it.
