Ordered wings online Friday night and it was super busy but my wings were ready when I got there they were absolutely perfect. Ordered the same exact thing on a Monday and waited a total of 46 minutes. My wings, were tiny, dryand mostly just salty. Would?ve canceled the order if the girl had told me they weren?t going to be ready anytime soon.Instead, when I asked she said they were being bagged up. 15 min later I asked why she told me the order was being bagged andshe denied saying that. When they were finally ready, I asked the manager for 2 extra ranch for being inconvenienced (oh therewas no ice and the fountain drinks were warm she was like no you have to pay for them. I said well I just thought with uswaiting all this time and not even having cold drinks , maybe to show good customer service and she went on to try and argueabout how my order wasn?t even supposed to be ready yet( so I guess calling me a liar? . Then she looked at the time we madethe order 8:56 pm and left there at 9:41. She then started saying how they were busy and super swamped and so it wasn?t theirfault. So what was the difference between our order on Friday and Monday? Seemed like a completely different staffhonestly. Lots of young men on Friday who were quick friendly and professional then on Monday, several females who were rude.

My last three order... read more I ordered food for the office, but a 6-piece combo was missing. The store was indifferent, and it took corporate a month to reach out to me. My last three orders have all had mistakes and missing items. Since I placed the orders online, I expected them to be accurate. The lack of customer service at this store is very disappointing. I would recommend looking for alternatives.

This was our fir... read more This is my first negative review, and I don’t mean to be harsh, but I found the food unappetizing. We stopped eating after the first few wings. This was our first time at Wingstop, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Unfortunately, the wings had very little sauce and seemed to be drenched in what I can only describe as plain grease. It's disappointing, especially since we paid $25 per person for our meal. Maybe others enjoy it, but it didn’t work for us.

Although the seating is somewhat limited because of the restaurant's size, the fries were fantastic, and the chicken was wonderfully crispy.
