What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I ordered a kids burger but got a regular hamburger instead, for the second time in a row. The cashier blamed it on my children being asleep in the backseat, even though they were the only ones in line. The employees were not busy but still seemed rushed. The burger was dry and the service was not great. I won't be returning to this Wendy's, I prefer Whataburger or Chick-fil-A where the food and service are better. A... View all feedback.
