The customer service is consistently awful and the food is always stale! I visited the restaurant last night and it was disappointing because the fresh food is actually enjoyable. There was a completely new team working that night who were not any friendlier than the previous staff. They served me cold nuggets and fries and refused to provide a fresh replacement when requested. View all feedback.
Really disappointed feel completely demolished $6.20 for a big chili and a middle sweet tee. they would think for so much money that they can at least fill the stupid cup all the way with chili
Lousy service the truth after a long time I thought it would be the same but I had a lousy service with the cashier she had a pretty bad attitude when taking my order she expressed herself in an arrogant way the worst experience at Wendys they should have a talk with the cashier her name was Jmeesha
It was a cold day and had the chili and baked potato... staff was nice and gave extra crackers for my chili at no extra cost
I forgot how delicious Wendy's was. The food is great and always fresh. Plus the staff is friendly, respectful, and very fast at what they do.
Not usually my first choice for a quick meal but the food is fast and hot. They have decent salad that won't cost you as much as a dine-in restaurant and that's what I was looking for at the time.
