Taqueria El Angel is where it works! I ordered the Torta de Texana and it was perfect. With fajita meat, quesillo, the usual fixins and their house dressing it was amazing! Only so could it be better than I added her salsa verde. A perfect mix of explosive taste and balanced wort. I couldn't wait to eat it. And, of course, wash with my favorite selection, Agua de Piña. Taqueria El Angel is a fantastic spot! I ordered the Texana Torta, and it was simply perfect. Loaded with fajita meat, queso, all the usual toppings, and their special sauce, it was incredible! To make it even better, I added their salsa verde, which brought an explosive and well-balanced flavor to the dish. I could hardly wait to dig in. And, of course, I paired it with my favorite drink, Agua de Piña. This place has definitely become a favorite of mine!
I've heard a lot about these Tortas, and I think they're pretty good. Overall, I like the place!
