What User doesn't like about Taste Kitchen Downtown:
We ordered the jerk chicken with potatoes and the Nashville hot sandwich with macaroni and cheese and collard greens. While some of the sides were decent, the main dishes were dry, stale, and seemed old. I voiced my concerns to the manager, who tried to be accommodating, but honestly, if I hadn’t paid a non-refundable reservation fee, we would have left immediately. It was definitely a great atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent.
Celebrated my birthday here with my husband and it was wonderful! I’m definitely keeping this one in the regular rotation! Lamb chops with Grits and sides of Greens and Gouda Mac n cheese were ALL winners. Tasty cocktails and Happy Hour discounts plus GREAT service made it a Happy Birthday for ME…
Great experience, great server and a great birthday experience
The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. Our server, Anaya, deserves a raise—she was amazing! I look forward to returning.
Everything was really good. Server was nice, but didn't seem too happy. Music was wayy too loud. Yelled the entire time because we couldn't have a conversation.
