My son was craving frozen yogurt (or ice cream), and I was in the mood for tapioca. Eventually, I found this place on Google that could satisfy both our cravings. The three of us shared: 1) a Waffle (Sundae's Best) with brown sugar milk tea and added tapioca, and 2) a Strawberry Banana with flakes and added tapioca. Delicious treats all around! Me and the girls love this place
The customer service was excellent, and the food was outstanding and incredibly flavorful.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, and this place is truly a fantastic tea shop. You have the option to customize your sweetness level, which is great. The food is delicious; I had never heard of a bubble waffle before, but now I can't wait to have another one!
I absolutely loved it! I usually go for a boba drink, but this time I tried a cookies-and-cream smoothie. My mom and I played Go Fish and had a great time!
Every time we go thr staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are yummy and the bubble waffles are delicious I love and recommend their taro tea, tapioca, and Vietnamese coffee too! There are games if you plan to sit inside as well!

This is always a fantastic spot for Boba. Personally, I really enjoy their Vietnamese coffee, while my family is a big fan of the smoothies. The bubble waffles were also delicious. The staff is wonderful! I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5
This place is a fantastic spot for boba! Every staff member is incredibly friendly, and all their recommendations have been amazing. The atmosphere is really laid-back; I can easily imagine sitting here to study while enjoying a cup of delicious tea. I highly recommend trying the Earl Grey Cream Tea—the flavors are unique and complex, and I absolutely adore it. I'm always craving their tea, and I definitely think you should give this place a try!
This restaurant is an incredibly fun spot for kids who love tapioca and anime! They offer a variety of games to enjoy. My son is particularly fond of the mango popping boba and loves to add lychee to everything. All the drinks we've tried have been delicious, and they even provide different sugar options for those looking to make healthier choices! Food: 5/5
I love the bubble tea here! I usually get the grapefruit slush or thai tea with herbal jelly and 50% sugar. Always so yummy!
Always has seasonal drinks! Never run out of Boba. Isn't too busy and they have many options. Getting to this location is kind of a drag due to the intersection, but the tea is worth it! The tea in my pic is the strawberry yogurt green tea with lychee jelly!Food: 5/5

I just couldn't resist trying! They offered an impressive variety! I ordered a winter melon cream tea with coconut gel and regular tapioca, and it was delicious! I also love the atmosphere—it's filled with beautiful plants and lovely decor.
Excellent food and beverages! They have a very large selection of drinks to choose from. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I love the atmosphere/decorations they use. They have games on hand to play as well if you like to hang out with friends. I visit frequently and highly recommend going there!
I loved this place!!! I never really know what to order but this spot offered samples!!! I really loved that! We ordered Pina colada, mango cookies cream smoothie and all three were tasted great. We also prdered a green apple slushie and it was good too. Location was very clean and staff very friendly.
