I knew the $10 card was valid and assured him it must just be a temporary issue. He agreed, and I left with my lunch. I’ve had good experiences at this Taco Bell, especially in the drive-thru, over the past 3-4 years. I really wish I had asked for this employee's name because his handling of my situation was outstanding!
I can't express how thrilled I am that the Mexican pizza is back on the menu! I happily took the green onions home with me. Thank you, Taco Bell!
