Taco Bell - Houston

I was here three separate times and an average 43 minutes waiting time at low traffic times. It seems only an adult works here with an army of children who turn their eyes off from the front so that they don't have to make eye contact with a customer and recognize them. They also do not replace the soap or soaps, just like, starch four. Food: 3/5

I ordered a Taco Superior. However, I did not check the order before I left the place. I discovered paid for a taco premium, but got a regular taco in the bag!. So disappointing!

Get some people who really want to work!! Supposed to close at 2 and they lied and said the grill stayed at 1:30 working!!! I then asked if the frit was up, so I can get cinnamon friends and someone screamed in the back in Wut NOOO after he said he switched it off!! Even if your grill does not work, then you will assume to offer things that can be done in the frit! It's not hard to stay open until 2.. if you don't want to work late, then find another job! I never have a problem when I come when the day crew is only there when the night crew, they are always rude and find some kind of lies, so they have a reason to tell customers they cannot order!! Please get a new night team and I'll get in touch with the company at 8:00.

It's crazy that they're able to stay in business. They closed on Monday at 5 p.m. It took 20 minutes to not make my food. I'm not saying they're a front door with drugs, but I mean...

Liked the store the best part is their self service kiosk. There are lot of vegetarian options and the self service kiosk allows you to choose veggie mode that filters out to show only veggie options. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly.
