Go for the food. The location is odd- behind a gas station. The inside is cramped and has a seedy feel. But the food is amazing. The Chef’s specials are always a delight. View all feedback.
What Marisa Benites doesn't like about Street To Kitchen:
Food is world class. But, just go and take it out. Chef’s husband has no idea how to run a restaurant. Phone for restaurant has not been connected. 22% mandatory tip for his workers to make sure they get a fair wage. Wonder why he is not paying them in the first place. Just buy the food and don’t sit down. View all feedback.
Excellent food and excellent people. Had a great time and really enjoyed when the owner stopped by. This is one of those places where you can taste the passion.
Absolute gem, delicious food and wonderful staff who are all very charming and friendly. I love the interior design and the whole place is very comfortable. Also their music playlist is
This restaurant is not for the weak. If you do not likely spicy food, find another place. They have levels of spiciness. Mild, medium and spicy. My husband loves spicy food and this surpassed the spiciness for him but he was glad to have experienced it. I ordered mild and my food was still spicy with the exception of the shrimp pad thai (which was good by the way). The location was fine, parking may be an issue as there are other businesses in the building. The bathroom is outside the restaurant, meaning in the building but not in the restaurant itself which is expected from these type of business set ups. The only negative I have to say is that we made a reservation for 2 and last minute our daughter wanted to go and we could not get a person on the phone or add her to the reservation. When we arrived, the place was empty as they had just opened. We assumed it would get full of people since it was a Friday evening and we only saw maybe 2 or 3 other tables full. I would say, answer the phone and allow modifications to reservations. The service staff was very attentive, the atmosphere was nice and I would return with a box of Kleenex for sure.
This was the Eden Garden, it was Jazz in the Jungle!!
Celebrated a friend’s birthday here and had a wonderful night. Lived in SA Asia and finally found a restaurant that makes authentic flavors and the dishes we ordered were all amazing! Loved the braised beef dish on the summer menu. Yes, it’s spicy, but everything tastes extremely authentic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great cocktails! Will be back!
