Starbucks - Houston

Today I online ordered my food at 8:17 and did not receive my order until 8:... read more This is a Starbucks I normally go to. Sometimes it is slow but not as bas as today. Today I online ordered my food at 8:17 and did not receive my order until 8:45. I work at a coffee shop so I knew how long my drink should take. Finally, they announced after I had been standing inside for ten minutes that my drink was up. They made the drink and just needed to add cold foam. My drink sat there for another ten minutes waiting on its cold foam. At last they gave me my drink, which was made ultimately wrong. There was about 20 other people waiting for the drinks while I was there. This store I normally love going to but it should not have taken them almost 30 minutes to make my drink.

I’m not sure what it is, but the past few times... read more I usually love Starbucks, but for some reason I keep getting poor tasting drinks from this particular location. I’m not sure what it is, but the past few times that I have went every single one of my drinks tasted watered down. I’ve never consistently had this issue with any other Starbucks location. It’s very disappointing, looks like I’ll either have to go to other coffee shops or go out of my way to go to another Starbucks

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a toasted white hot chocolate. When I got home and tasted it I realized it was coffee (I’m not a coffee person). I drove back, went through the drive thru again, and told them what happened. The woman at the speaker and the woman at the window apologized, gave me the correct drink, and even upsized my drink without charging me! They were so nice and handled the situation perfectly. I don’t go to Starbucks often but this one gets all 5 stars from me based off of friendliness and service!

And yes...everyone before me was no... read more Ordered a frappe this morning and about 5 others walked in behind me and ordered. I was the last one to leave with my drink. And yes...everyone before me was not black . Even after everyone left and i stood there patiently waiting, they continued makingMobile orders as if I wasn 't there. I asked was there any specific reason my order was made last. She said oh the ticket didn 'tprint, yet it magically appeared without her having to walk away to retrieve it. It 's a no for me.

When I come in they always greet me and are veryfriendly. Sometimes they even greet me by name. They really go above and beyond. I appreciate this Starbucks location!!
