Sno City Shaved Ice - Houston

There's a saying, three time's the charm but not for my latest visit to Sno City. The 1st and 2nd time I went to Sno City I experienced poor customer service. However, yesterday was the worst. The cashier Nikaa displayed an attitude like she didn't want to be bothered taking my order. I simply like the flavor of the bahama mama so much that I thought I could over look the bad service, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. It's a shame that Sno City has delicious food and is a nice looking establishment but disappointing customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend Sno City.

My very first time going today bought a large snow cone three flavors banana strawberry cheesecake and wedding cake got all the way to my car down the street and its bone dry. I hate the fact that you try to support your neighborhood but however it seems to always fail never have this type of problem at Bahama Buck's just saying

Overpriced cheap knockoff food and drinks...I paid $2.00 for a small koolaid...prices are ridiculous! This was a couple weeks ago...I just forgot to write a review. They will never get my money again! Smh you try to support black businesses..but they like to rob you!

We arrived at the restaurant at 4pm on a Monday, during their stated business hours, but no one was there. We had driven 39 minutes to dine here and were disappointed. We will not be returning and suggest calling ahead before visiting this establishment.

Bahama Bucks offers high quality products at a reasonable price. The food is also delicious.
