What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
I was extremely disappointed during my first visit to this restaurant. The crusts and shrimp were the worst I have ever tasted. I understood why it is called a shack. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty when my wife went to wash her hands. I have no plans to return to this place. View all feedback.
The service was good, I didn't like the hot dog. I should have gotten some French pommes?
The food was fantastic! Everything was hot and freshly made. Pretty quick considering its inside a ball park with thousands of people. The fries were so crispy and the burger was juicy and great. I'm so pleasantly surprised because last time I ate at a stand alone shake shack it was pretty meh.....this has me rethinking another visit in the near future.

The burgers at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! They are one of my favorite options for a meal at the ball park.
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, and the food was super fresh. The service was excellent. I give it 5 stars with no complaints whatsoever. Thank you, Shake Shack, for providing my family with such a wonderful experience.
