Rustic Kitchen - Santa Fe - Houston

Outstanding evening. Nick was an attentive waiter, he saw to our every need. Lovely evening!

This was most of our party's first time at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. It was a wonderful dining experience, especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful.

The atmosphere was average and the service was satisfactory. However, I can't find anything else positive to say about this restaurant. Our dishes were lukewarm, inconsistent, and some of the sides lacked flavor. Despite having a bar with their own cocktails, if you request something off the menu, it is unlikely they can accommodate. Unfortunately, the cocktails we ordered were also disappointing. The bartenders were not skilled. It took nearly an hour for our food to be served, which included two children's meals, a chicken dish, and crab cakes. I was extremely disappointed. I suggest avoiding this restaurant and instead visiting Perry's Steakhouse next door for outstanding food, service, and bar experience.

We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure.

The food and service were excellent! We will definitely return!
