The ribs and the chicken. The ribs were very good, delicately well cooked, good taste. The chicken needed a little more time on the pit. No problem, just a few minutes in the oven when I came home. Had dinner back on August 17 before a show at the Cullen Center Baked Potatoe w/ Chopped Beef and Brisket Plate with Corn & Coleslaw and side salads. Potato
Best BBQ in Houston by far. Do not let the exterior fool you; best of the best in Texas BBQ and sides as far as I am concerned.
Top 2 barbecue spots in Houston.The test of good barbecue is if you need to cover it up with barbecue sauce.
