I should mention that I always prefer my steaks cooked medium-rare.... read more Once our drinks arrived, we placed our food order, and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. I should mention that I always prefer my steaks cooked medium-rare. Often, I receive steaks that aren't cooked to my liking, but I can typically manage with medium or even rare without complaint. However, my 8-ounce sirloin was absolutely perfect—delicious and exactly how I like it! I'm still thinking about it after dinner. My husband also enjoyed his country-fried steak and potatoes, and our daughter was treated to sweet potatoes by Richard, who was very fond of her, as were many of the staff. I did, however, refuse to share my steak! Megan was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and everyone else was equally welcoming. The role thrower and muffin provider were great additions to our experience, too. We're definitely coming back!
