Papa Johns Pizza - Houston

The quality of food from this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the delivery is usually very quick. I only had one negative experience; I received a phone call shortly after placing my online order, asking if I could wait longer due to a driver shortage that night. The restaurant is small but clean, and the staff was very diligent, working hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.

I ordered a pizza but received the wrong one. When I brought this to the staff's attention, their solution was for me to drive back with the incorrect pizza, wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct one to be baked, and they didn’t offer any compensation for their mistake.

Papa John's consistently delivers quality, as any chain should, and this location never disappoints. They always provide us with hot pizza in the right quantity—unlike other places that have fluctuated. It's always bustling, and the staff is incredibly friendly when I stop by to pick up my order.

In decline. This location has gone from great pizza and quick service to consistently incorrect and even lost orders. Even when confirmed at the location in-person, our last order was wrong as have our last several orders been. So disappointed, and particularly disappointed that nobody replied to me when I submitted my issue online to Papa John’s.

It's not as good as it used to be. no idea what it is, but the only thing they have for them is the garlic butter dip. I found a bone in my steakpapadilla. talking about traumatic. also the girl working in the evening has a stank posture.
