Panera Bread - Houston

My wife and I decided to have dinner at this Panera Bread location. Unfortunately, our soup and sandwiches were served cold, and the soup was lumpy as well. Our order arrived at our table in less than a minute, suggesting that it had been left sitting out. The manager and staff were rude and seemed to believe that I was in the wrong for insisting on getting hot food. When the soup was reheated, it came out scalding hot. To make matters worse, my order of 6 cookies was messed up twice. The poor attitude continued until we left. I should have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else to eat. I spent $60 and left feeling unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The service is terrible, eating is terrible, and the manager is hating! used door dash and eating was delivered too soon! panera gives door dash and door dash blame panera. They're both really terrible!

Had to give them 5 stars to 1 star. I came in and ordered breakfast for me and I mean to take home. 1 of 5 articles were wrong, I ordered bacon egg and I would be on chibatta. They gave me no quitting that I did not ask at that time. came home to find out no speck, called her to inform her, they asked if I had a reception, I did not, but I gave them my screenwit number and she said that they did not charge me for the speck, that they would be a hurry and would be on chibatta. manager on the staff 25 februar at 8:30 uhr told me that I don't know what they wanted the point is the person who took the order, took it wrong, and it ruined my breakfast that she told him to stop screaming, and he said he didn't scream and she was hanging on him. worst customer experience at all, especially from a manager. I usually have good experiences here, but today was one of the worst. I am surprised that none of the good or bad comments here had an answer from a manager.

The bagels and coffee at this restaurant are beautiful and fresh. However, the ventilation openings at the site are really unpleasant and haven't been updated in ages. It's actually quite irritating. The restaurant is located on the 1960s near Eldridge.

I personally like the layout of this particular locations. Quality of food and drinks is consistent with Panera Bread's franchise standards. Music, ambience and coffees are better than most Starbucks'. The only shortcoming is that they don't have power outlets for most of the tables.
