Njoy Thai Restaurant Bar offers delicious options, great service. The authentic Thai recipes used in preparing dishes at Njoy are based on the common price in and around Thailand. Each recipe reflects a balance of the four basic taste found in all Thai food – salty, sweet, sour and bitter plus hot. Fresh ingredients are prepared with care and cut into smaller pieces so that spices cover more surface while maintaining the crispness and fresh aromas. The restaurant is proud of the competent stratification of Thai flavors as well as the friendly and attentive service. Most Entrées are less than $13 makes Njoy a great place to take the family, a date or a casual business dinner The menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options to accommodate all cartridges. Best of all, his BYOB. Pamper your food and enjoy the casual ambience, good food and service at Njoy!
They destroyed it!. This place has the best Thai food I've had for years! The price is very reasonable and the service was very good. If you eat Thai food in Houston, you have to eat here!
My wife and I ate there for her birthday. We love Thai food and that is very good. Well prepared and presented and fresh. The pad Thai court and Penang Curry were excellent. Beautiful atmosphere and excellent friendly service. We'll go back to the jubilee tomorrow.
Warm, charming, tasty and affordable. I first spotted Njoy as I was leaving Feast, and made a mental note to give it a try once they opened. There seems to be paucity of Thai restaurants in this lower Westheimer area of Houston. Nidda has been my go to for years but competition is good and Njoy is a bit closer. Plus, I like supporting new undiscovered? local eateries and finding gems like this one. Hopefully this doesn 't come across as too gushing, but it was one of those dinners that had tasty food, strong drinks ! , engaging conversation, attentive service and everyone left in a happy mood. It also cemented my resolve to post about them, as I think they 're worthy of being added to anyone 's restaurant roulette wheel. I went with a group of friends who, unlike me, do not fear the chilies. Everything that we ordered was tasty and for those chiliphiles it was eye wateringly, nose drippingly spicy just as they like it and they 'd have it no other way. My somewhat unadventurous Thai yardstick dish is the Pad Thai. Here the texture of the noodles and the subtle flavors harmonized perfectly. Not too sweet, not too spicy by request , not too salty, as opposed to a lot of Thai restaurants which I find to be a little heavy handed and the noodles weren 't too gummy it was an excellent dish, the portion was more than adequate, and it was presented and arranged very neatly. As good as it was, my friends insisted that the other, more adventurous dishes is what elevates and sets this place apart in a city that has an abundance of restaurants offering so so and meh attempts at Thai cuisine. Their menu is extensive without being overwhelming. We ordered spring rolls, soups, curries, and entrees that my ignorance of Thai dishes sadly prevents me from recalling. But, I 'm blissful in my ignorance as it allowed me to focus on the food itself ... and this place has great food. It also has reasonable prices quantity:quality:price , and superb service all in a clean and stylish space nice attention to detail throughout . Indeed, not to be outdone by the food was the service. Having been to many restaurants shortly after they opened, I expected some bumps along the way, but I was pleasantly surprised not only by how few there were, and impressed with how issues were dealt with. When my dish arrived, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for no bean sprouts, and the crestfallen look on my face registered this realization. After asking if everything was ok, and learning of my dislike of bean sprouts, the dish was removed despite my feeble protestations no, no ... you don 't have to ... well alright, so long as you don 't mind , and a new one was quickly prepared. All of this was done with a sincere smile as opposed to a scowl which at some places is de rigueur. Admittedly a small gesture, but one that exemplified their desire to please me as a customer, regardless as to fact that I created the situation. Overall the service was personable and cheerfully attentive without being obtrusive. Location wise, it 's in good restaurant company It 's in the old Fabio 's space ... a couple of doors down from L 'Olivier 's and across the street from Feast. It fits in nicely. Be aware that in front parking is limited, but with valet parking and ample self street parking a short walk away, it 's really not a big deal at all. All in all it was warm, charming, tasty and affordable it 's a great spot for a quick stop by yourself or with a group of friends. I 'll definitely be back!
