Very good sandwiches, the loval is small and old but everything is in its place. The staff is friendly and cordial. Had my order ready in a short time. The taste of the sandwich is just like homemade. 100% recommended and of course I will return View all feedback.

I was very disappointed. I got the tuna and cheese sandwich. It was pretty bad. A literal teaspoon of dry tuna, no mayo, and a lot of lettuce. I try to support small businesses, but this was just bad to the point i couldn't eat it. Not coming back.
I love coming to this place, been coming here since I was a kid, and every time I'm back in Houston I make my way to Mr Submarine! The owners are so nice and the food is DELICIOUS! i would recommend this place to any and everyone!!
I really enjoyed my Philly Cheesesteak. It is simple but tasty and at a great price. The bread was soft and the meat had a nice flavor. Next time I plan to try something more like a deli sandwich. I would absolutely come back for a quick bite. The other reviews make me wonder if there is a consistency issue though. Only time will tell!
Place is disgusting, the food made me sick for three days.Avoid this place!!
