Lotus Seafood - Houston

First time here...visiting from San Marcos....food was awesome. We had the $10 for 1 lb of boiled shrimp Happy Hour Special and the 1 cluster of snow crab legs with boiled shrimp Loud Pack meal. Each order came with corn on the cob and baby potatoes. Delicious!Food: 5/5

When the Stafford location first opened it was amazing however, my last 2 visits have been HORRIBLE! I placed my order online, it said my order would be ready at 4:15. I got there at 4:25 thinking they may be busy but, at 4:45 I still had no food. Some of the staff members are extremely friendly and some aren't, needless to say my last visit was my last visit.

The food and service I received was amazing and I didn't have to wait very long for my order. My containers were full so they definitely give you a lot of food for the prices. Very affordable. It was my first time trying Lotus but won't be my last! Oh and make sure you get that crack sauce, its so good!!Food: 5/5

Good seafood, but skip the crab. I got the Hot Box and it was tasty. The crab was weird though it was unlike any other crab I’ve eaten there was very little actual meat in the legs. Also you only have plastic cutlery so it’s very difficult to get to the meat. The customer service is non existent, they don’t seem to care if you’re happy or not. The TV was way too loud. The shrimp was great, the sausage was ok. If I come again I will get it to go and only get the shrimp.

My wife and I often come to Houston just to experience Lotus Seafood. Its a guarantee every time we are in Houston, we will stop by one of the locations. Honestly, yall need to branch out thru the South... #FullyLoadedLoudPack
