Longhorn Steakhouse - Houston

The first time here feels so welcome. the staff are really friendly, the manager is really good at his job, he will come to everyone table to ask how they eat about it and everything, they can say how much he cares about the business. eating was really good, even the price is reasonable. easy to find parking. in any case comes back.

This place is wonderful! I sat and said my waitress would be short with me, our waitress came and stood up and said her name was deja and she was our waitress. she was very polite and always with our drinks on the go. Once our drinks were halfway away, she immediately had another one on the table. I was very impressed because sometimes it's hard to find something like that. I even told her that she should give classes as to how to be a server because she was so good. eating was great, the service was great. the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely return to this place. if they decide to ask in this long horn steakhouse katy location for deja. I promise you you have one of the best services and you won't be disappointed. 5.1.2022

Second visit. Parmesian chicken was a little salty, but the sweet potato was great. brisket queso is amazing! photos come from the first visit about a month ago. stuffed mushrooms were good, steaks perfectly cooked. lobster is the best I ever had.

Great service, great location. eating is simply wonderful. our server was professional and eating came out on time.

Everything we think it will be better at any of the Longhorns we visit the same thing happens. I order a steak, sweet potato, and side salad. I LOVE their salads. However, I now check that my steak when it comes out to make sure it is medium rare before eating. Every time the steak is cooked medium to well. They take it back...cook another steak while my sweet potato sits and becomes cool. The grade to steak they use is not well marbled and is tough to the bite.The wait staff doesn't refill drinks like other restaurants do. My husband sat at the table with empty tea as our waiter just kept passing by. We finally had to catch her and request tea.So I think after trying each Longhorn in Houston...I done. Texas Road has higher grade steaks, wait staff that are fun AND attentive to their tables...such a difference.
