Larry's Bbq - Houston

Let me start with WOW!!!! My wife and I were at an event near Larry and Laney and I knew I had to try their food. I'm sooooooo glad we made it. First, I need to meet Larry and Laney. As a business owner, it shows me that they care so much about their business that they are those who still cook everything. That's a big plus for me! Now to the good stuff, the food. Talk about Yum 's to the max!! I had her towel, potatoes and cabbage. Can I just say I don't think I inhaled food like I did there since I left the army. Except in the army, it wasn't because of the taste. I couldn't try her wings because the sample they gave me ate my wife. So obviously they were phenomenal. Anyway, I give 5 stars because of people, food and customer service. I will definitely be back, and I will make sure that I all know!!

Oh my God, this place is around the corner from my house. I went in today for first time ,oh my The honey glazed wings are to die for but ,The peach cobbler is excellent! Great place give them a try I guarantee you want be disappointed !Great

Love their food. It's carry-out only but that is not a big deal, My only mission is to always get there before they sell out! I have tried everything and have not been disappointed. Wings, catfish, mac and cheese, ribs, their chicken and special sauce is so good! The restaurant is definitely a must try <3. The owners are awesome and I am happy to support their business.

I've been driving by Larry and Laney's place almost daily for over a year, promising myself every time I saw their sign to give it a try. Today, finally, I fulfilled that promise. It was great! I had the salisbury steak on a bed of rice with gravy, collard greens, and mac-n-cheese. And the owner threw in a free honey-glazed chicken wing just to hook me, which it did. I know I'll be getting them by the dozen soon. Heartily recommended!
