Had the duck which was cooked to our liking at the table. Fun concept but taste wasn't overly impressive. Pork Belly was the smallest serving EVER and could have used better accompaniments. It was served on a small smattering of a puree which had no flavor. We chose to share a sushi roll and I cannot recall the name, but it had tuna and hamachi, with some kind of truffle sauce. We both thought it had the strangest taste and totally overpowered the fish. Our server, Haley, was AMAZING. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients was outstanding. Very attentive to our needs. She deserves a gold stat!! We will not eat here again as we felt it was expensive for what you get and the food mediocre.
