Wow, just wow. From the moment you see this place that is very easy, you will have a doodle meal. First, the employee who sat me was very friendly (Toan) and my server (Christine) was just as good. Now the food REALLY impressed me very much. I got the Spicy Chicken Ramen it was too spicy, but enough to know that the spices were there as well as a Jinya Bun that tasted so good. I wanted to try the chef's special, and here's how they package their $21 ramen. Good luck with that. Surely, there must be a better and more practical way to package it for takeout? Perhaps they could put the noodles in the same container as the soup? I can think of many better options. There are plenty of places in Katy I'd recommend for ramen, but JINYA is still on my list. This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the spicy ramen. Next time, I’ll try the hotter version. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. However, I found the prices to be quite high; they can add up quickly. There are other places where you can get more food for less money while still enjoying great flavors.
This was our first visit, and everything exceeded our expectations! The ramen and rice bowl were truly delicious. While we weren’t particularly fond of the appetizer we chose, our server Jonathan and his manager Brian were incredibly friendly and quick to assist us in finding an appetizer we liked. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be returning!
Too expensive for ramen soup. Soup should not be over 40 for two people.
Best ramen and very good customer service I'm impressed I been here a few times it never disappoints and the kids meal are so big you can take some home and feed your kid again.
Aaron was our server and he was fantastic. So kind, polite, and on top of making sure we had everything we needed. The food was so delicious!! 10/10 would come again.
