I tried almost everything on the menu at this restaurant! I had the BBQ baked potato, sliders (vegan sausage sandwich), BBQ wings, and BBQ corn on the cob. I also tried all four of their sides: tasty BBQ baked beans, potato salad, mac n cheese, and grilled Brussels sprouts. The first time I visited this restaurant, it was amazing. I was hooked and knew I had to come back. However, my second visit was disappointing. The food was average and the BBQ sauce didn't have the same great taste. The third time I went, I was let down once again. The food took longer than promised and was not as good as I had hoped. We came for dinner at the Houston Sauce Pit food truck this evening and the food was so good! It was great to sit outside and smell the wood smoker burning very atmospheric. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend a trip here.

This place took me back to old days where I would have amazing texas bbq for family events! Seriously one of the best bbqs I’ve ever had, it really hit the spot! Highly HIGHLY recommend #Veganuary
